Anxiety

To me anxiety is really serious thing, because I don’t have anxiety in my life. I really do not want to use my brain for any anxiety. However if I have anxiety, I will deal with anxiety by sleeping, playing with others whole day, eating a lot, and….maybe fighting. I am usually skips my anxiety. Because I think my anxiety is smaller than others anxiety. To me hunger and bored are my biggest anxiety in these days. I can’t live complicated life. Even if anxiety comes to me I will skip easily. This is my coping strategy of solve my anxiety. However conflict between others is pretty different. because it depends on people who have conflict to me. For example, conflict between me and my brother. I will try talking first then we will fight. This is best way of solve problem me and my brother. Me and parents also different, In this case I have to obey what parents said if I was right. I like my family’s way of solve conflict. It’s so easy to me. But I am not good at conflict with other. I feel like I have to understand them because they are different. So I just trying to hear what they talking about and what they want to me.
